This Corporation (Student For Cause) is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the means of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, with the sole purpose to help the economically disadvantaged students to reap out equal opportunities to benefit from academic instructions by providing them necessary uniforms and school supplies; and supporting their participation in extracurricular activities.

The specific objectives and purposes of this organization shall be:

• Provide uniforms/school supplies to economically disadvantaged students.
• Provide dues to participate in extra-curricular activities for financially disadvantaged students.
